A Nidacity campaign for honest work
Good staff
should shine.
Met a cashier who returned your change? An apprentice who went the extra mile? A shop attendant whose honesty made your day? Nominate them. Every genuine nomination enters them into our quarterly prize draw, because integrity deserves more than “thank you.”
Next draw: October 2026
NGN 250,000 in cash prizes, airtime, and Nidacity business training scholarships. One nomination is one ticket for the staff you name.
How it works
Three steps to make someone's month
★
1. Tell us the story
Share what the staff member did, a moment of honesty, care, or going beyond duty. Real stories, not just names. It takes two minutes on this page or on WhatsApp.
★★
2. We verify and enter them
Our team confirms the nomination is genuine, then enters the staff member into the quarterly draw. One verified nomination per phone number per month keeps it fair.
★★★
3. Winners get celebrated
Winners receive prizes and, with their consent, get featured across Nidacity's platforms, so their employer and community see honesty rewarded in public.

For business owners
Owner alerts: hear what you can't see
You cannot be everywhere in your business. Members of the public sometimes notice things you cannot, patterns worth a second look. Register your business to receive confidential, unverified alerts privately. What you do with them is up to you.
Our promise: Alerts are information, not accusations. We never publish reports, never name-drop staff publicly, and every alert reaches you marked “unverified, for your awareness only.” Malicious or vague reports are filtered out before they reach you.
